To help serve my clients, I integrate evidenced-based techniques and change processes from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a holistic and tailored therapeutic experience. My approach is fundamentally grounded in neuropsychological principles to provide effective tools for managing life's obstacles and increasing life engagement.
